Purchases from Good Loops are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds and cancellations are handled under Paddle's refund policy:
Digital products
Our products are digital downloads. Under Paddle's checkout buyer terms, a consumer's right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire.
If something does not work
Most problems are quick to fix: a download that does not unpack, a loop that does not show up in your DAW, a Kontakt version question. Please write to us first or check the FAQs, and we will help. You can also contact Paddle directly about your order.
